How quickly can you complete my CV and job application materials?
We understand that job searches can be time-sensitive. Our standard turnaround time for a CV/application is 2-5 business days, allowing for collaborative revisions. If you have a tighter deadline, we offer expedited services – in some cases, we can complete your materials within 24 hours. Please let us know your target date, and we'll work with you to meet your needs.

What is your process for working with clients?
Our process for working with clients is designed to be comprehensive, personalised, and collaborative:
Initial Consultation: Our process begins with an initial telephone consultation to understand your requirements, check availability, confirm fees and completion dates. At this stage, we can provide a free review of your current CV. You then book your appointment through Calendly (link emailed) and complete a short pre-session survey (emailed Google form). Our appointments are held in person or via video call (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
One-Hour Meeting: We’ll get to know you better, discuss your career plans, work experience, and more. We'll also help you identify and evaluate job opportunities, provide guidance on how to engage recruiters, and agree on the best approach.
Document Drafting: The first draft is emailed to you on or before an agreed day. Your input is required during the drafting stage to ensure that we have included all the essential information and that you are satisfied with the document before it is finalised.
Final copies: The final copies of your CV are emailed in an editable .docx file and PDF. Additionally, we will assist you in creating cover letters and improving your LinkedIn profile. If required, we can also introduce you industry-leading recruiters across NZ and internationally.
Keeping in Touch: We take pride in maintaining close connections with our clients and are always available to provide support. Whether you have inquiries about particular job applications or simply need a sounding board, we're here for you.
