In-depth training on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
Practice answering the most-asked and most-challenging interview questions
Clearly and concisely articulate your thoughts
Communication style and presentation skills
Answer the often-asked ‘Tell us about yourself’ in an engaging and effective way
Know all the right questions to ask at the end of your interview.
Documents
We send over a complete interview prep document, capturing everything we covered in our session plus a series of practice interview questions and answers.
There are three types of interview question.
Behavioural
"Describe a time you've had to deal with complex and conflicting priorities from different stakeholders. How did you navigate the situation, and what was the outcome?”
Situational
"Say you're managing a program with a tight budget. How would you identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising on quality?"
Technical
"How comfortable are you with using data analytics to track program progress and identify areas for improvement?"
While these categories provide a framework, questions often have elements of more than one type.
